Welcome to Ezbounds! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application ("App") operated by EZBounds SOFTWARE LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
You may create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may create and upload content, including text and images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content within the App.
If you believe that any content in the App infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@ezbounds.com.
The App offers in-app purchases, including subscription plans with a free trial option. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your account settings.
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EZBounds SOFTWARE LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the App is entirely voluntary, and we are free to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall EZBounds SOFTWARE LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
